LeadHers’ mentoring program
LeadHers mentoring program is an opportunity for professional women to support and share learnings with the next generation of female leaders. Mentoring pairs are matched based on the needs and interests of the mentee, and the professional experience of the mentor.
As a LeadHers mentor, you commit to meeting with your mentee at least three times over the course of one year, to share learnings and support your mentee in her professional development.

We embrace young female students who are looking to broaden their horizons through intergenerational mentoring.
We work closely with a selected number of universities to identify students for our mentoring program, but also accept direct applications. If you are interested in joining a program as a LeadHers mentee, please send your application including your resume and a letter of motivation to paris@lead-hers.com
