Valérie Fisson has over 25 years of experience as a coach and trainer in communication for executives, senior managers, artists and self-employed professionals.

She trains and advises numerous private sector workers in luxury, media, industry and distribution but also in public sector. Valérie implements highly effective techniques, becoming a reference trainer and coach in major organizations.

Valérie also served as training director at Vertbateam (a company specialized in leadership training in charisma development and dialectic techniques) since 1998 as a partner and continues to regularly contribute.

Passionate about teaching, she has taught a rhetoric course at Sciences Po Paris and oral communication at Celsa. For the past 20 years, she has also been an expert for the Association for the Progress of Management (APM).

Valérie has shared her experience and provided the LeadHers members with ressources to build confidence and improve persuasion.
