2026 Leadhers talents
The LeadHers Talent Program, created and funded by LeadHers, selects ten young women each year, either in their final year of university or at the start of their careers, and offers them a structured, high-quality support system.
Each cohort joins the program to:
- Take part in dinners and build lasting connections with women who serve as true role models,
- Receive guidance from an executive coach, through a co-development approach, to confidently navigate their early professional steps,
- Support one another and form a tight-knit community of talented young women,
- Benefit from individual meetings with our members to help inform and guide their choices.
Through this regular support, deep and organic relationships develop with the women of the LeadHers ecosystem.
These encounters provide a powerful springboard at a pivotal moment in their professional journey.
