“RIEN NE RÉSISTE À LA TÉNACITÉ”

“RIEN NE RÉSISTE À LA TÉNACITÉ”When Françoise Holder got married in the 1960s, it was thought ‘incomprehensible’ that she would have a job. Ignoring these expectations, Françoise began working at her husband’s family bakery and the pair of them embarked on a business adventure. Together they developed the Paul bakery brand from a small family-run outlet in northern France to an international operation with 450 shops in 60 countries. Françoise went on to train as a commercial judge and later co-founded Force Femmes, an initiative to help women over the age of 45 to get back into employment. More recently she worked with Emmanuel Macron on his successful presidential election campaign. Françoise’s career has been wide-ranging but at each step of the way she’s been driven forward by her family motto: ‘nothing resists tenacity.’ Françoise shared her story and lead the discussion at the LeadHers launch dinner in Paris.
