FOUNDER AND COPRESIDENT
Clémence built the majority of her 20-year career in finance at Bank of America-Merrill Lynch, where she served as Managing Director, leading the bank’s debt business for France, Belgium, and Luxembourg.

Clémence holds a Master of Science in Computational Finance from Carnegie Mellon University. With experience living, working, and studying in Switzerland, London, the USA, Madrid, and Paris, her extensive international background is crucial for identifying influential partners worldwide, shaping LeadHers into a global organisation.
