Mentored by Anne-France MALRIEU, partner at Image 7

Marie-Céleste grew up in France and the Republic of Congo before joining Sciences Po in Reims. Here she was part of a student association that aims to promote the integration of women in politics. During her third year studying in Hong Kong, Marie-Céleste helped create a blog, Droles de Dames Hong Kong. Back in Paris, Marie-Céleste began a Master of Communication, Media and Creative Industries. She plans to create her own foundation to promote education in Congo.

Impact LeadHers’ mentoring program

When mentees become mentors, they continue the positive cycle of women lifting each other up.

Marie-Céleste is a perfect example: she joined LeadHers exactly in 2019 during our dinner with Mercedes Erra and was mentored by Anne-France Malrieu, partner at Image 7 for the past year. Understanding the importance of role models, Marie-Céleste has the ambition to launch a mentoring platform for young Congolese students to motivate them to study abroad and pursue different career paths.
