Neyla Belmaachi is currently a Sales Associate at Dust, a pioneering company in AI Agents, where she is exploring how this new technology can reshape the way organizations work and learn. She graduated from Sciences Po Paris with a Master’s degree in Finance and Strategy and holds a dual Bachelor’s degree from Sciences Po and Columbia University.
Her professional path spans tech and education: she worked in New York at NewtonX, a research platform serving Fortune 500 clients, and later joined Le Wagon Tokyo to learn Python. There, she built a machine learning tool to predict school dropouts in rural Morocco. She also founded EduWire Morocco, the first newsletter unpacking Morocco’s education system, from early childhood to higher education, highlighting the reforms and innovations shaping the future of learning.
In the long term, Neyla aspires to create her own EdTech platform to expand access to education in underserved regions of Morocco, leveraging both AI and digital tools. Through the Lead’hers mentorship, she hopes to gain insights from experienced leaders in AI, education, and entrepreneurship, particularly on scaling early-stage ideas into impactful ventures.
