Mentored by Hanna Andreen, CEO of Flat Capital

Born in Kosovo and raised in Sweden, Buene developed an early interest in international collaboration, which sparked an initial desire to pursue a diplomatic career. She gained valuable experience interning at the Embassy of Kosovo in Sweden and later combined her passions by co-leading a project called “Sports in Education” in Rwanda. Driven by curiosity and a strong commitment to making a positive impact, Buene is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Finance at the Stockholm School of Economics. Alongside her studies, she is interning at the impact investment firm Summa Equity.
