Executive Coach

With nearly 20 years of coaching experience, Laure specialises in leadership development and change management. She develops authentic leaders who make impactful decisions and inspire trust by being clear and consistent with their vision and values, key to sustainable high performance in organisations.

Laure spent 12 years as a Senior Manager at PwC and Ernst & Young, managing supply chain restructuring projects for FTSE100 clients, advising boards, and driving performance through change. At Ernst & Young, she also experienced first-hand the benefits of coaching and leadership programmes.
She now helps leaders and senior teams grow and perform at their best, focusing on behaviours, interactions, and decision-making. Her results-driven, challenging coaching style is valued for quickly understanding client agendas, provoking thought, and opening new possibilities. She works in English and French.

Laure holds a Diploma in Executive Coaching. She is a qualified Generative Coaching practitioner (trained with Robert Dilts and Stephen Gilligan, 2017–18, refresher 2024), a Master Practitioner in Systemic Team Coaching (AoEC, 2016), and an NLP Practitioner (trained with Ian McDermott, ITS, 2016). She also trained in Inner Game coaching with Tim Gallwey and Sir John Whitmore, Cognitive Behavioural Coaching, and Emotional Intelligence.

She is licensed to administer and debrief the following psychometrics: GC Index, Roche Martin Emotional Capital Inventory®, MBTI Step I®, and Firo-B®, as well as 180 and 360 feedbacks.
Laure is a UK-qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA). She holds a business degree from HEC Paris and a Master of Laws from University College London.
