Founder and CEO of Visconti Partners

Among the major challenges faced by executives, as identified by Visconti Partners, lack of availability stands out as the most prominent. Paradoxically, at a time when technology is designed to help us save time, we increasingly feel we have less of it. Drawing on his experience, Hubert Reynier led a workshop and shared tools to help strike a balance between daily demands and effective time management practices.
Hubert Reynier is an entrepreneur passionate about developing coaching, consulting, and training services for business leaders and their companies. He co-founded Greenwich Consulting, a strategy and management consulting firm acquired by EY in 2013, forming the foundation of EY-Parthenon. Prior to that, he worked as a project director on industrial initiatives at ASCOM, and as a consultant at Gemini and EY, specializing in telecommunications and media. From 2007 to 2013, he served on the executive board of CroissancePlus, acting as head of the international commission and interim CEO.
Today, he is CEO of Visconti Partners, a leading European executive coaching firm founded in 2010.
Visconti brings together 45 seasoned executives, carefully selected and trained. With offices in France, Germany, Switzerland, and Belgium, the collective supports over 300 leaders annually across the globe, addressing and challenging their key issues, unlocking their full potential, and contributing to the long-term success of their organizations.
