Master in Economic Law, Sciences Po Paris
Djiba holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from Sciences Po Paris, within the English‑speaking Europe-North America program, which she completed alongside a Bachelor’s degree in Private Law at the University of Paris II Panthéon‑Assas. She also spent a year abroad in Mexico at the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, where she studied in a Spanish‑speaking law program. She is currently completing her Master’s in Economic Law at Sciences Po Paris, specializing in Business, Markets and Regulations.
Her professional experience is rooted in business law. She began her career in Corporate M&A at CMS Francis Lefebvre Avocats, before joining Orrick in Project Development & Finance (Energy & Infrastructure). She will continue developing her expertise in Corporate M&A at Archers, followed by Baker & McKenzie and De Pardieu Brocas Maffei. Her ambition is to build a career as a Corporate M&A lawyer, with a strong interest in strategic transactions in the energy and infrastructure sectors.
Through the LeadHers Talent program, she seeks guidance to better understand the possible career paths in M&A – whether in law firms, companies, or banks – to identify the key skills to develop, and to learn how to grow with ambition within a business law firm.
