Esther Deba is a Data Engineer apprentice at EDF and a Data Science Master’s student at Université Paris-Saclay. With a strong focus on AI, her goal is to combine technical expertise with strategic leadership.
Naturally outgoing and drawn to challenges, Esther loves being an active part of the tech community. She regularly attends major industry events to stay connected, and she enjoys putting her skills to the test. She recently earned top rankings at the Paris-Saclay AI Tournament and Hack’in Saclay.
Alongside her competitive side, Esther cares deeply about helping others succeed. She volunteers as a mentor for incoming students in her Master’s program to help them find their footing. Whether she is solving a complex data problem, guiding a peer, or hitting the gym and the pool for weightlifting and swimming, she brings the same discipline and energy to everything she takes on.
Through the LeadHers Talent program, Esther looks forward to connecting with inspiring female leaders from diverse backgrounds, gaining insights into strategic leadership, and expanding her network to continue growing both personally and professionally.
