Victoire holds a Master in Management degree from ESCP Business School, where she specialized in Corporate Finance and Sport Management.
She built the foundation of her career by gaining exposure to transactions from different perspectives. She started with a gap year in Investment Banking at Lazard and Rothschild & Co., before moving to the investor side as a Private Equity Analyst at Bpifrance and later Aldebaran Capital Partners.
Victoire aims to build a career at the intersection of finance, strategy, and operations. She is now looking to broaden her experience in a world undergoing profound disruption, where evolving business models, technological shifts, and changing consumer behaviors are reshaping industries and the way businesses operate.
Through the LeadHers Talent program, she hopes to learn from experienced leaders, develop her leadership skills, and deepen her understanding of entrepreneurship and business transformation.
