“LIVING LIKE YOU HAVE NOTHING TO LOSE”
Corinne is one of Europe’s top entrepreneurs and part of the brains behind location technology company TomTom, which she co-founded with her husband, Harold Goddijn. TomTom is best known for inventing the first-ever sat nav device, which became a must-have in every car, helping the organisation grow into a multi-billion dollar company. When the iPhone and Google Maps arrived on the scene, Corinne helped reinvent TomTom and find new activities to survive this technological upheaval.
Straight-talking and energetic, Corinne says that she has got to where she is today through hard work, confidence, and by not caring what other people think. Now she is turning her energies to reforming the education system, with a free peer-to-peer coding school in Amsterdam called Codam, which is modelled on Xavier Niel’s 42, to tackle digital literacy.
Please join LeadHers to hear Corinne’s insights on building a business for the long-term, the secrets to working successfully as a husband-and-wife team, and living like you have nothing to lose.
