Executive Committees and Management Boards are unfortunately not always as effective as they should be.

Drawing on his experience as both a manager and a coach, Hubert Reynier shared with us practical approaches to enhance our performance, energise the collective, and provide tools that enable strategy execution with real impact.

Hubert Reynier is an entrepreneur passionate about developing coaching, consulting, and training services for business leaders and their companies.
