Josephine Bach’s journey has taken her from spending 5 years in Thailand to participating in the Erasmus program in Vietnam and Ecuador, and even contributing to the development of the startup “Passiaman”. She is currently building her skills as a developer at École 42 and as a digital innovation project manager at the Web School Factory. Her unique insight into the chocolate industry, inherited from her family of pastry chefs, led her to identify a significant gap in the market: Despite chocolate’s ubiquity, few companies produce it in-house. In response to the growing demand for transparency in food sourcing and provenance, Josephine is determined to fill this gap. Joining ESCP’s Entrepreneurship Option this September, she aims to transform the chocolate industry. The objective of her startup is to empower pastry chefs and hoteliers to create their own ethically sourced chocolate.
