Executive Coach & Conflict Mediator-Negotiator
Julie holds degrees in Communication from CELSA and in Digital Marketing from HEC. She spent 10
years working in marketing consulting agencies and 6 years at CANAL+ as a sales team manager
and Marketing Director.
She became a certified professional coach in 2019 and earned a diploma in Mediation and Conflict
Negotiation in 2022 from Université Paris Cité.
Since 2023, her company has been offering coaching, mediation, and training services to businesses.
She supports senior executives and managers in their leadership and career development
challenges. She also assists leaders and business partners in negotiating disagreements.
Her areas of expertise include: collective intelligence, assertiveness, relationship quality, negotiation,
and impactful communication.
Alongside her consulting work, Julie regularly speaks and coaches at Arts et Métiers and the
Women Sales Club.
