Impact LeadHers had on Marie
Marie Gadiaga joined our LeadHers dinner with Virginie Morgon, CEO of Eurazeo, in February 2019 as one of the first students to join our mentorship programme.
Marie’s ambition was to join the luxury industry.
We gave her two mentors: Amandine Rohmer, Managing Director UK Ireland & South Africa at Louis Vuitton, and Mathilde Rossat, Global Retail Excellence Director at Celine.
Both her mentors were incredibly valuable and complemented each other’s visions. From Amandine, Marie learned to be determined and just put your mind to whatever you want to achieve.
From Mathilde, Marie learned to be strategic and leverage your skills and experience to get your dream job. Thanks to Mathilde, Marie landed a 16-month traineeship at Celine and is starting her career in the luxury industry.
