Strategic Officer – Sopra Steria / Master’s in Economic Law, Sciences Po
Mélanie Loiseau holds a Master’s degree in Economic Law from Sciences Po Paris, specializing in public and regulatory law with a focus on environmental and energy issues, after a Bachelor’s degree in Politics and Government and an academic exchange at University College London. She was also admissible to the 2025 INSP (formerly ENA) examination.
Her experience spans public policy, corporate governance, and advisory roles. She gained experience in corporate governance at Sopra Steria and in environmental and energy law at A&O Shearman, before joining the offices of the Secretary General for Investment and the Minister for the Economy and Finance, where she contributed to policy reforms and theFrance 2030 investment plan. In September 2026, she will join Sopra Steria as a Strategic Officer, supporting the Chairman of the Board. She also founded “De l’Orne aux Grandes Écoles,” a non-profit organization promoting equal access to higher education for rural students.
Her ambition is to contribute to the transformation of organizations facing economic, technological, and environmental challenges, particularly across innovation, industry, public policy, and energy transition.
Through the LeadHers Talent program, Mélanie seeks to learn from inspiring women leaders and gain new perspectives on leadership and decision-making.
