ZOE LUCAS

Double Degree AgroParisTech & HEC Paris : Master in Sustainability & Social Innovation

Deeply marked by a part of her childhood spent travelling on a sailing boat across the Mediterranean, Zoé naturally oriented both her studies and civic engagement around sustainable development.

She holds an engineering degree from AgroParisTech, where she specialized in Environmental Economics, and is completing a double degree at HEC Paris with the Master in Sustainability and Social Innovation.

In parallel, Zoé is driving an ambitious sporting and entrepreneurial project : competing in the Mini Transatlantic 2029, a solo transatlantic race on a 6.50m sailboat. She manages this challenge like a true startup, handling everything from physical and technical preparation to budget and corporate partner recruitment.

Through the LeadHers Talent program, Zoé seeks to connect with inspiring women who can support her career and help her bring people on board this meaningful adventure. Committed to sharing her experience, she fully intends to communicate about her life at sea, drawing strong parallels between the resilience of ocean racing, business world and sustainable development.
